Our Story

A little story about who we are and what we do.

From farmers to us

Ricasaya started from one simple thing: love for rica keriting segar picked directly from the fields in Sibowi village.
Dari ladang kecil itu, kami tumbuh mengenali lebih banyak kekayaan lokal dan bertekad memperkenalkan hasil terbaik dari Sulawesi Tengah.

We started expanding our products, including Palu's signature fried onions — made from local onions that can only grow in our region's unique soil. It's crispy, aromatic, and a culinary delight for the local community.
We also present fragrant pandan rice from Bora village, which is famous for its soft aroma and naturally soft taste.

We carry out all our processes in collaboration with local farmers. And behind every chili harvest, the farmers play a significant role, especially in the meticulous and diligent picking process.
Through Ricasaya, they are not just working — but empowered and helping to build a better future for their families and villages.

My Rica is not just about the spicy taste, but also about justice, the spirit of mutual cooperation, and a better future for the farming community.
